How to do (f o g)^-1 (5) when f(x) = (x/8) + 1 and g(x) = x^3

ANSWER IS 54 to the 1/3 power or cubed root of 54]
Please explain how

(f o g)^-1 (5) means that you take f of g(x), f(g(x)), and then find the inverse of that function by switching the x and ys, and then solving the equation for x = 5
