ratio of rise can also mean the slope so let's find the slope given the two points.
slope formula;
m = y2 - y1/ x2 - x1 (3, 4), (-2, 0) (x1, y1), (x2, y2)
m = 0 - 4/ -2 - 3
m = -4/-5
m = 4/5
so your answer is B.
