The answer is white blood cells.

Lymph, is similiar to the blood but has more concentration of white blood cells. There are different types of this cells, but to simplify, some of them will work against bacteria that do us harm. In our intestines, there are a lot of bacteria, in which most of them is good. Sometimes pathogenic bacteria can appear but the white blood cells will eliminate them.
