To do this we need to solve the similar terms and isolate the variable to one side of the equal sign:


\begin{gathered} 8m+7+10m=4+18m+3 \\ 18m+7=18m+7 \\ 18m-18m=7-7 \\ 0=0 \end{gathered}

According to this, the equation results in the same expression and then in 0=0, which means that the equation has infinite solutions.
