Answer:

Option B is correct

Set {(1,2),(2,2),(3,2)} of points is a function

Explanation:

A set is a function if each elements of domain is related to exactly one or unique elements of Range.

Option A.

{(0, 3), (2, 4) , (0, 6)}

Since, this set of points is not a function because input value 0 has two output values i.e 3 and 6

Option B

{(1,2),(2,2),(3,2)}

This set of points represents a function, as each input value has unique output values.

Option C.

{(1,4),(2,5),(1,6)}

This is not a function

Reason: input value 1 has two output values i,e 4 and 6

Similarly,

Option D.

{(2,3),(-2,4),(2,6)}

This set of points is not a function.

Reason: input value 2 has two output values i,e 3 and 6

Option E.

{(2,3),(2,4),(2,6)}

⇒this set is also not a function.

Reason: input value 2 has three output values 3, 4 and 6

therefore, only in option B set {(1,2),(2,2),(3,2)} of points is a function
