The answer is incorrect because 11-10=1. and 1÷10 is 10. 10(100) Is 10%. Marcus just added a zero to eleven and turned it into a percent . This is why Marcus is incorrect

He is indeed incorrect
, because change is described as [change] / [original amount]. Therefore, he actually only studied 10% more than the previous week
