Shameka is the new compensation manager of a large manufacturing company. she is currently redesigning the pay structure. she wants to be able to break down jobs based on identifiable factors and the degree to which these criteria exist on the different jobs in her company. what job evaluation method should shameka use?

This would be the point method. With this form of evaluation, each job is given a number of points based upon a criterion and how well the job fits the criterion. After every factor is evaluated, the points for all the criteria are summed, giving a total number of points for the job. Jobs with more points total are considered more important to the overall position.
