In order to answer this question, we will be using Avogadro's number, which is the number that represents each unit of mol, and it is equal to 6.02*10^23 particles or atoms, therefore:

1 mol = 6.02*10^23

3 moles = x particles

x = 1.81*10^24 particles of NaOH
