if I have the equation: (x/y)= (L^-.5/K^-.5) To get rid of the negative exponents I flip L and K. Do I need to flip X and Y too?

x/y=(L^-0.5/K^-0.5) can be rewritten as;
x/y=(K^0.5/L^0.5)
We should not flip X and Y. If we flip X and Y we will get different equation.
