In which committee does each treaty start in the US senate?

The correct answer is United States Senate Committee on Foreign Relations

This is a committee that is responsible for holding hearings regarding a treaty before the vote goes to the congress. Usually the treaties pass and the number of rejected ones in history has only been 21, compared to the 1500+ which have been accepted.
