D cuz there’s one which says on the table “ 9 cups of water , u should add 6 tablespoons of lemon juice.” And since 18 divided by 2 is 9 , u can multiple 2 to 6
2x6= 12
So it’s 12 tablespoons of lemon juice. It’s D
