The correct answer would be (4*5)w because you would multiple the number of pages that she reads per week then you multiply that by how many weeks she reads.

The given situation about Bridget is :

Bridget reads 5 pages of her book per day 4 days per week.

Describing the situation in unitary method:

Number of pages read by Bridget in a week(4 Days) = 5 × 4 = 20 pages

In w Weeks , number of days = 7 w

She reads 5 pages for 4 days in a week.

In w Weeks , number of days Bridget read = 7 w -3 w= 4 w days, where w=1,2,3,4,5......

Number of pages read by Bridget in w week= Number of pages read in a week × Number of days in w week in which Bridget read 5 pages

= 5 ×(4 w)

= 20 w which is equivalent to

= 5 × (w+w+w+w)→→→Option (D)
