Judicial- it includes the supreme court and pretty much limits powers of the other branches because of checks and balances
Executive- the president and vice president are included in this branch and this is the branch that enforces laws and is in charge of the military as the president is commander-in-chief
Legislative- the house of representatives and the senate belong in this branch and their main purpose is to make laws
