We have to find the equation of the line that passes through (10,-1) and (-9,10).

We can calculate the slope as:

m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)=(10-(-1))/(-9-10)=(10+1)/(-19)=-(11)/(19)

WIth one point and the slope, we can write the slope-point form of the line and rearrange:

\begin{gathered} y-10=-(11)/(19)\cdot(x-(-9)) \\ y-10=-(11)/(19)(x+9) \\ y-10=-(11)/(19)x+(99)/(19) \\ y=-(11)/(19)x-(99)/(19)+10 \\ y=-(11)/(19)x+(-99+190)/(19) \\ y=-(11)/(19)x+(91)/(19) \end{gathered}

Answer: y=-11/19*x+91/19
