I believe your behaviors become more trustworthy as you achieve psychological freedom. Your behavior is dependent on your mental strength and moral compass. Both of those are directly correlated to your behaviors as a person. As your behaviors evolve so does your trustworthiness, whether in a positive or negative light depends on your behaviors and morals.
