Yes. The triangles remain congruent. They remain congruent since all of the translations are rigid transformations. It's equivalent to taking a piece of graph paper and laying a sheet of plastic on top and drawing the triangles on the sheet of plastic. No matter how you slide the plastic around on the graph paper, the triangles drawn on that plastic will remain congruent to their original selves.
