Which answer describes the transformation of g(x)=log3(x+3)+1 from the parent function f(x)=log3x ?

It is the graph of f(x) shifted 1 unit right and 3 units down.

It is the graph of f(x) shifted 3 units right and 1 unit up.

It is the graph of f(x) shifted 3 units right and 1 unit down.

The answer would be: It is the graph of f(x) shifted 3 units right and 1 unit down.

When you shift the graph 3 unit right and 1 unit down, the change equation would be:
x=x'+3
y= y'-1

Put it into the original graph will result:
y= log3 x
(y'-1)= log3 (x'+3)
y= log3 (x'+3) +1
