Tylenol and other medications containing acetaminophen can be potentially damaging to the liver, especially when taken in combination with alcohol, few know that a “relatively small overdose can kill you."

YES. DO NOT ATTEMPT.
Adults should not take over 4,000mg daily. 7,000 is considered a 'severe overdose' and could kill you. 10,000 to 15,000 is likely to kill you, and if not, do severe damage to your liver. 20,000 is immediately fatal.
