Growth is when something can become bigger, possibly in terms of a living thing, profits in a company, or anything else that essentially expands.
Development leads to growth. As something becomes more developed, it grows. We see examples of that today. Kids in high school are more developed than kids in middle school, and are therefore more grown.
Hope this helps! Be sure to come to me with any more questions. :D
