Original price = discount ÷ (100 - %)

4,995 ÷ (100 - 7.5)

4,995 ÷ 0.925 = $5,400

Check our work:

Discount = original price × discount rate - product

5,400 × 0.075 = 405

5,400 - 405 = 4,995

The price before the discount was $5,400.
