Break the whole number: 18*2+1=37, 2*4+3=11

Hello There!
It snowed 18.5 inches in 2.75 hours.
Divide both sides by 2.75
2.75/2.75 = 1
18.5/2.75 = 6.72727272727272
Basically it snowed around 6 8/11 inches per hour.
