Think about a positive conflict you have experienced. describing the conflict, explaining why the outcome was a win-win situation, and discussing what you learned from this positive conflict

This answer should be personal to you, but here's an outline.
Think of a time where you came across a problem in your life like an argument with a parent or something, but once it was over with or soon after you got through this conflict it came out better for you and the parent. For example (this is a bad example I you shouldn't use it) If I were to fall off a cruise in the middle of an ocean but luckily I landed in some random shallows plus I found a clam with a thousand dollar pearl in it then that's a win-win situation.
