The answer is b. 1/3, because the x value multiplied by 1/3 will equal the y value below it.

Hello!
I believe the correct answer is
B. 1/3
( look at the work shown below )
y = x * 1/3
3 * 1/3 = 1
6 * 1/3 = 2
9 * 1/3 = 3
12 * 1/3 = 4
