7 to 4 means there's 7/11 of lemon in the lemonade = 0.6363
5 to 3 means there is 5/8 lemons in lemonade = 0.625
in same way
8/12 = 0.667
8/13 = 0.616
so the answer is 0.667 or 8 to 4 Choice C.
