1.) subtract 7x from both sides of the equation. 11y=10-7x
2.) divide 11 from both sides of the equation. y=10/11-7/11x
3.) the answer is y=-7/11+10/11

We can do this by subtracting 7x from both sides, getting us:
11y= -7x+10.
We can then divide both sides by 11, giving our final answer:
y = -7/11x+10/11.
Hope this helped!
