The main organs that compose vascular plants are the roots, leaves, and stems. The vascular plant have two distinct organ systems, these are: the shoot system composed by leaves, stems, and the reproductive parts of the plant (fruits and flowers), and the root system that is composed by the roots. All the others alternatives in the question cite characteristics or components that are necessary for plant survival, however are not organs.
