Would food being served on airplane or in a hospital be required to have a food label

Yes, it would. Any snack or drink should have a food label, and entrees or meals ordered should have nutritional information on a menu or if you asked for certain information. People could have food allergies, sensitivities, etc. It is very important for people to have food labels.

I don't think so. This is because if you're eating it, you're eating it right as it's being given to you, so they don't need anything to mark the nutrition facts. Hope this helps!
