The equation of a line in point slope form is :

Y - y1 = m(x -x1)

M is the slope given as 8

Y1 and x1 are the x and y values of the given point:

Y - (-6) = 8(x - (-3))

Rewrite as:

Y + 6 = 8(x + 3)

The answer is D
