we know that

the equation of the standard form of a line is equal to

Ax+By=C

where

A is a positive integer, and B, and C are integers

Let

A(-3,-2)\ B(-1,2)

Step 1

Find the slope of the line

The slope of the line is equal to

m=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

Substitute the values

m=(2+2)/(-1+3)

m=(4)/(2)=2

Step 2

Find the equation of the line into slope intercept form and then convert to standard form

y=mx+b

we have

m=2

b=4 -----> see the graph

substitute

y=2x+4

Convert to standard form

2x-y=-4

therefore

the answer is

2x-y=-4
