Alright Fabian, here's the deal.

First you need to solve the inequality for k. To do this, you have to
a) distribute the -(3k + 4)
b) collect like terms: -k - 3k
c) move the term with k to the left (optional but it's a habit)
d) divide both sides by the coefficient. Check out picture for details.
