Multiply the numerator and denominator by the conjugate.

3√20 / √5 Multiply both sides by √5/√5
3√20(√5) / 5 Multiply the radicals. Remember that √a * √b = √(ab)
3√100/5
3*10/ 5
30 / 5 = 6

Answer is 6
