Before the Constitution was adopted by the Confederation Congress, each state had to ratify it agreed with the Constitution statements. To promote the Constitution, a group of Federalist formed by James Madison, John Jay, and Alexander Hamilton published many essays and articles, from 1787 to 1788, in multiple newspapers where they explained from different perspectives why the Constitution was good and important for the country. Thus, the right answer is the option: "They published The Federalist Papers, essays that presented logical arguments in favor of the Constitution."
