Using the arrows shown on the lines, we could say the lines are parallel.

But, the question statement says we should use the angles shown to determine if line m and line n are parallel.

The angles shown on line m are vertically opposite and there is no corresponding relationship with line n.

Thus, the information is NOT enough to conclude if the lines are parallel or not.
