If you are finding the angle of f, then since you are given two sides, you can use trigonometry to find that angle. In this case I used sine. I took the opposite side of the angle which is 12 and divided by the hypotenuse which is 13. Which gave me 0.92. From there I sine inversed it to get 67 degrees.
