I believe the answer is all of the above. Obviously for childbirth the vagina needs to expand to push the baby out during childbirth. And the muscle tissue contracts when aroused which can occur during intercourse. And lastly, during menstruation blood and tissue comes out so i’m guessing that’s correct (especially if the other ones are definitely right)
