Why is farmland considered a natural resource?

Farmland is considered a natural resource because biotic and it is naturally grown and it is resourceful to our economy. Other examples of a natural resource might be air sunlight etc. Hopefully this helps!

it is considered a natural resource because it contains resources which are naturally formed and the land itself is a resource.
