ROC would be 2. The rule is multiply by 2, then add 15.

y-intercept is what the y is when x is 0

(0,15) when x is 0, y is 15.
y-intercept is 15.

Roc: the x is going up by 4, the y is going up by 8

Always divide the difference for y by the difference for x

8 ÷ 4 is 2

ROC is 2
