The answer would be A, because he can only buy 7 packages of peanuts.

Stewart is left with 26-12.81=13.19 but he has to keep aside $10 so he is left with $3.19. since the peanuts cost .42pp so he can buy 3.19/.42= 7 packets

7 packets will cost him .42 x 7= $2.94
choice is B
