Hey! I can explain exactly how to do this. First off, we need to find slope to do slope intercept form, y = mx+b. To do this, we need two points, and use the formula y2-y1/x2-x1. Because I can't see the points clearly, I can give you an example. If we had (3,5) and (5,6), we would have 6-5/5-3, getting us 1/2 as our slope. Next, we need the y-intercept, or b. The way we find it is we see at which point does the like cross the y axis, the one that goes up and down. This point will always be (0, and then the y value) as there is no x value.
