B, for sure. Producers, Like grass and Flowers need water to make food. Consumers, like Cats, Snakes and Boars need water to drink so our internal systems will function properly.
Im not sure if decomposers need water, but if there is less water then more animals die and they get food. so, not sure about that one.

Answer:

a. Producers, consumers, and decomposers will be affected.

Step-by-step explanation:

All the living beings, irrespective of their nutritional category, require water for survival. Water helps in digestion of food, serves as a medium for metabolic activities as well as maintain the body temperature.

Producers need water for photosynthesis and other vital life processes; consumers also need water for digestion and other metabolic processes. The process of decomposition requires the presence of moisture. Hence, water scarcity would affect all types of biotic components (Producers, consumers, and decomposers) of the ecosystem.
