Feminine values are defined by competitiveness and ambition in contrast to the equally stereotypical masculine values of nurturing and caring for the well-being of others.

This is a false statement. Typically, in male-dominated cultures, the roles are exactly the opposite. Stereotypical masculine values are competitiveness and striving to do well, while the feminine values are those of nurturing others, helping the community, and making sure everyone stays well.
