1) Consecutive even numbers are unit bigger than the prior one. Hence

2k

2k+1

2k+ 2

2[(2k+2)+(2k+1)]=4-5(2k)

2[4k+3]=4-10k

8k+6=4-10k

8k+10k=4-6

18k=-2

k=-2/18

k=-1/9

2k+2
