Hi! (I think this is what your asking)
First, you need to 10^2. This is because of PEMDAS. 10 x 10 is 100.
Second you need to do 35. 6 / 100.
The answer is 0.356...
so...
35.6/ 10^2
35.6/ 100
0.356
