The given expression is:


-5\sqrt[]{147* r^(13)* s^8}

Rewrite the expression


-5\sqrt[]{49*3* r^(12)* r^1* s^(4*2)}

This further give


\begin{gathered} -5\sqrt[]{49*3*(r^6)^2* r^1*(s^4)^2} \\ =-5*7* r^6* s^4\sqrt[]{3* r} \\ =-35r^6s^4\sqrt[]{3r} \end{gathered}

Therefore, the solution is


-35r^6s^4\sqrt[]{3r}
