Okay so slope-intercept form is y = mx + b, where m is the slope and b is the y-intercept.
The line intersects the y-axis at 2, so the y-intercept is 2.
Using the form y1 - y2 / x1 - x2, I get that the slope is 2/6 or 1/3.
So the equation in slope-intercept form is y = 1/3x + 2
