Two positive improper fractions multiplied. Is the product sometimes, always, or never less than 1? Explain

The product is never less than 1 because improper fractions are always greater than 1, and since the 2 improper fractions are both positive, the product will always be a positive number, and since the numbers are greater than one, they can never be one or less than one.
Examples:
3/2*3/2=9/4>1
5/4*5/4=25/16>1
1.1/1*1.1/1=1.21/1>1

it is never less than 1 because if it's an improper its a whole combined into the little part so a whole times a whole is always a whole whether it has a small part too or not
