travel time= distance/ speed
Laura's speed relative to Tony's is 7-5=2 miles per hour (mph)
travel time- (1/2)/2 = 1/4
It will take Laura 15 minutes or 1/4 hour to catch up with Tony.
Hope I helped. :)
