(a+n) + 2a +10 would be the expression.
Combine like terms a+n+2a+10 = 3a +n +10

The answer would be (a+n)+2(a+n)+10. And the order of operations would be multiply 2 to the second a and n, and add like terms. So 3a+2n+10. :D Hope this helped.
