Declarative memory, in particular, Semantic memory-
Declarative memory, also called as explicit memory, is the memory of facts, or events, that can be consciously recalled. Declarative memory can be of two types -semantic or episodic. Semantic memory is the memory of events that are not personal, for example, memories or facts, like the capital of a country. (or, as in Frank' s case, a poem). Episodic memory, on the other hand is the memory of a person's life events, like name of Frank's high school teacher, for example.
