700m milliliters converted to fluid ounces is about 23 2/3 in fluid ounces (US, liquid). So, Lets estimate 23 2/3 to about 24 fluid ounces. So, Subtract 24 fluid ounces from 64 fluid ounces making 40 fluid ounces that Josey needs more to drink.
